In the translation business, every project is different. Translation pricing depends on volume to translate (in pages/words), language pair(s) (e.g. English to Japanese or Swedish to English), technical know-how required to translate the content (e.g. a tourism brochure is very different from a photocopier operating manual!) and file format to work in. So here are just some estimates to give you an idea of the cost involved.
One page certificate from German to English
A drivers license, a birth certificate, a diploma, a police clearance certificate for use with NZQA, NZIS, an employer etc. Usually we can turn these around in 2-3 days from order (depending on scheduling) and our charge would be from $55 including GST per page.

A 6 page website from English to Japanese and Korean
Looking to boost your presence online in a new market? We can help. Ideally when working on a website translation project we like to work in the source files so we can deliver the website to you publication ready (no "cut and paste" errors!). Of course every website is different, as the volume to translate can vary significantly, but as a very rough estimate expect around $600 per language for a simple 6 page website. Typically around 5 days to complete.

A 20 page brochure/product catalogue to Portuguese in Indesign
As with the website, again we like to work in source files rather that sending you an e.g. word document for your DTP operator to cut and paste. If the DTP operator doesn't knwo the target language they won't be able to spot cut and paste errors, and also some languages (such as French) can be more "verbose" than English (so the translation may take up more space).
Again just a rough estimate, but expect in the region of $1600 and about 1 week for a project such as this. A quick email and we can provide you with an accurate quote.
